The DOD 250 is ideal for players who like to clean up their tone and just clip the top of the signal. The reissue DOD 250 Overedrive Preamp includes a level and gain control, and that good ol' metal switch.

These sell for $40 on eBay. Buy it here for $37 (Gear-Vault don't price gouge on shipping.)
