this is an old RCA 12AU7 i pulled from a ancient collins amatur radio, last time the radio was used was in the 70's, and that is the latest i'd suspect these are from. I garuntee it works i have used it in a few different amps over the last year or so, but it did squeal depending on where it was in the amp on certain amps, on a marshall DSL401 it worke fine, in all ppositions, in a peavey windsor it was fine in V2, V3, but in V1 it squealed if you turned the gain up past about 1/2 way, that may be the nature of 12AU7s i don't know, i know it makes an over the top distortion channel a 2nd clean channel lol possible trades: JJ ECC83 / 12AX7 JJ ECC803 S JJ EL84
